On Sunday (July 11, 2010), 2 Dutch flagged vessels stood at anchor waiting to come into port to load grain. While they waited, the Netherlands was defeated in the World Cup by Spain. Sunrise today saw them both still out there; in fact, just before noon, the Medemborg came in. She is seen above moving up the harbor to the CHS 2 dock in Superior. The Diezeborg is still out there and will follow her fleet mate late tonight or sometime on Tuesday. The world is still in motion.
Dutch ships still above water, despite defeat
